1. What we deliver

Fimuro sells digital services only: prepaid credits that let you generate and edit images and videos in our online studio. We do not sell or ship any physical product. Nothing is posted, couriered or collected, and there are no shipping charges.

2. How credits are delivered

  • When you complete a payment, the payment gateway (EPS) sends us a confirmation and the credits in your chosen pack are added to your account balance automatically and instantly — normally within a few seconds.
  • You will see the new balance at the top of the studio and receive a confirmation email with your tax invoice attached.
  • Credits are tied to the account that was logged in during checkout. They cannot be delivered to another account.

3. If credits do not appear

  1. Refresh the studio page and check the Billing section, which lists every transaction and its status.
  2. Wait up to 15 minutes — occasionally a gateway confirmation is delayed.
  3. If the balance is still unchanged, email [email protected] with the gateway transaction ID from your bKash/Nagad/card receipt. We will manually verify the payment and add the credits within 1 business day. If we cannot confirm the payment within 2 business days, we refund it in full under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Delivery of generated content

Images and videos you generate are delivered inside your account library as soon as processing finishes — typically 3–30 seconds for images and 1–5 minutes for video, depending on length and queue load. You can download them at any time in PNG, JPG or MP4 format. Generated files remain available in your library until you delete them or close your account.

5. Service availability

The Service is available online 24/7 worldwide, subject to maintenance and the Terms & Conditions. Some features may be unavailable in countries where our AI providers cannot operate.
