Which currency will I be charged in?
The currency shown at checkout. We show Taka to visitors in Bangladesh and dollars elsewhere, and you can switch at any time from the header. The amount you see is the amount charged; no hidden conversion fee from us.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. We email you 30 days and 7 days before expiry.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews and we never charge you without a new checkout you complete yourself.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days if you have used fewer than 10% of the credits. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, emailed after every payment and available under Billing in your account.
