What is Fimuro?
Fimuro is a web-based studio where you generate images and short videos with AI, edit them, and download them for your business or personal use. It runs in the browser; nothing to install.
Who is it for?
Small businesses, e-commerce sellers, marketing teams, freelancers and content creators in Bangladesh who need ad creatives, product photos and social content quickly.
How do I pay?
Choose a credit pack on the Pricing page and pay in Taka with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, a Visa/Mastercard/AMEX card or internet banking. Payment is processed by EPS, a Bangladesh Bank–licensed gateway.
When do I get my credits?
Immediately after the gateway confirms your payment, usually within seconds. If your balance has not updated within 15 minutes, email [email protected] with the transaction ID and we will fix it within one business day.
Is there a subscription or automatic charge?
No. Fimuro sells prepaid credit packs only. We never charge you automatically, and there is nothing to cancel.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 10% of the pack's credits have been used, or at any time if a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the service. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Full details are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Can I use the images commercially?
Yes. Content generated on a paid pack can be used in advertising, products, packaging, websites and print. You are responsible for making sure your prompts and uploads do not infringe anyone else's rights.
What can't I generate?
Sexual content, content involving minors, hateful or violent material, deepfakes of real people without consent, and anything illegal in Bangladesh. Accounts that attempt this are closed without refund.
Do you store my prompts and images?
Generated files stay in your account library until you delete them. We do not sell your data or use your private uploads to advertise to others. See the Privacy Policy.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, a tax invoice is emailed after each payment and can be downloaded anytime from Billing in your account. Agency packs can carry your company name and BIN.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. We email reminders before expiry.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account, or email [email protected]. Unused credits are forfeited on deletion unless a refund is due under the Refund Policy.
